Dr. Shalev brings to the role an extensive 40-year professional background, encompassing both clinical expertise in neurosurgery across multiple countries, including Georgia, Israel, Russia, etc. and significant administrative experience in various international and transnational corporations. In addition, Dr. Shalev has contributed to the academic field through numerous publications in both local and international scientific journals.
