#AHT: American Hospital Tbilisi welcomes Dr. Joseph Shalev as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The American Hospital Tbilisi (AHT) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Joseph Shalev as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Dr. Shalev brings to the role an extensive 40-year professional background, encompassing both clinical expertise in neurosurgery across multiple countries, including Georgia, Israel, Russia, etc. and significant administrative experience in various international and transnational corporations. In addition, Dr. Shalev has contributed to the academic field through numerous publications in both local and international scientific journals.

Dr. Shalev commented, “The mission, vision, and objectives of our institution are centered on one core principle: to provide patient-centered, evidence-based healthcare services that meet international standards.
