#AHT: May 12 – International Nurses Day at American Hospital in Tbilisi

May 12 is International Nurses Day and the whole world has been celebrating it since 1974. By the decision of the International Council of Nurses – ICN, the International Day of Nurses was declared Florence Nightingale’s birthday – May 12, a woman who, in the 19th century, laid the foundation for the formation and development of nursing as a profession.

American Hospital Tbilisi (AHT) administration pays special attention to nurses and cherishes great importance to their selfless work, care for each patient and access to medical services. AHT is the best environment for nurses to develop professionally.
