Since the very first meeting with Dr. Dushashvili, one can easily notice the outstanding professional experience gained through twenty-three years of continuous development. Ioseb Dushashvili is Chief of the Neurology Department at American Hospital Tbilisi (AHT). After receiving his medical education in Tbilisi, while working in various leading hospitals, his main matter was to execute modern approaches in stroke treatment, which is performed in the AHT. he gained experience in Europe (Germany) as well. At his initiative, the Department of Epilepsy and Sleep Disorders, a Neuromuscular and Headache unit was established in our hospital. Ioseb Dushashvili also heads other outpatient and inpatient departments for neurological disorders.
