American Hospital Tbilisi is seeking for a competent სერვისის კოორდინატორი, who will ensure to coordinate communication between patients, family members, medical professionals, administrative staff, and insurance companies to ensure that patients are receiving the best possible healthcare services.
Reports To: Patient Rights & Patient Relations Manager
Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:
** Welcomes patients and visitors with a friendly greeting and a smile both in person and on the telephone. Courteous, polite and helpful to the public and patients; able to manage the front desk operations neatly and efficiently
** Performs patient intakes and discharges, verifies insurance/benefit coverage and collects co-pays and/or payment toward account balances at the time of service.
** Responds to patient communications and transfers calls or delivers complete messages to the appropriate individual per practice protocol
** Identifies care problems, makes referrals to appropriate healthcare services
** Directs patient inquiries or complaints, facilitates satisfactory resolutions
** Explaining AHT policies to patients and family members
** Maintains strict confidentiality of all information and treats, providers, patients and visitors with a calm, compassionate and professional demeanor.
** Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
** Bachelor of Medicine, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Public Relations, Law or in relevant field
** Previous working experience in hospital will be an asset
